ADWR Constituent Portal
ADWR’s Constituent Portal provides households, businesses, and agencies with the capability to apply for, review, and track current licenses, claims, and permits online.
Key capabilities include:
- Submitting applications for a well permit, surface water right, or adjudication statement of claimant
- Online form wizard that guides customers through a process of identifying the correct wells or surface water form to submit
- Online Statement of Claimant Search Finder
- Tracking the progress of each submitted application, form, protest or authorization
- Uploading supporting documents or assets associated with an application or form
ADWR Third Party Reviewer Portal
ADWR’s Third Party Reviewer Portal enables external reviewers to manage and process Notice of Intent to Drill a Well and applications that require county approval.
Key capabilities include:
- Viewing a queue of applications awaiting county review
- Accessing all application pages and uploaded documents from the applicant
- Indicating approval type (site inspection, site plan review, or insufficient information)
- Requesting additional details or documents from the applicant
- Automatically logging the reviewer’s name and date on the reviewed application
- Uploading supporting documents, such as explanations for insufficient information
