Arizona Statewide Probable Maximum Precipitation Study
The Department periodically performs meteorological studies to better understand the safety of Arizona’s dams and to reduce costs to dam owners and taxpayers. The most recent version of the Statewide Probable Maximum Precipitation Study was published in 2013.
