Revocation of Certificates of Assured Water Supply

 

Pursuant to Arizona Administrative Code R12-15-709(A) and Arizona Revised Statutes 45-105 and 45-576, the following Certificates have been revoked by the Director's Stipulation and Consent Order. Note that the revocation is not final until de-enrollment from Central Arizona Groundwater Replenishment District, where applicable, is complete:
