Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02(A)(1), all public notice of meetings subject to Open Meeting Law will be physically posted at the Arizona Department of Water Resources, 1110 W. Washington St., Phoenix, Arizona, near the elevators on the first floor, which is open to the public Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except legal holidays. Public meeting notices include those from the Arizona Department of Water Resources, Arizona Water Banking Authority, Arizona Water Protection Fund and the Groundwater Users Advisory Council.
