NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

The Arizona Department of Water Resources will hold an information session and public workshop for Douglas Active Management Area (AMA) on May 22nd, 2024. Meeting will be held as follows at the Douglas High School Auditorium, with some portions held in a hybrid manner as indicated below:

Details:

On May 22nd, 2024, from 4:00 – 6:00 PM, ADWR will host a hybrid meeting (in person and via webinar) to further discuss the framework for the Grandfathered Right Application for the Douglas AMA. ADWR staff will be available to answer questions regarding applications for Irrigation Grandfathered Rights, Type 1 Non-irrigation Grandfathered Rights, Type 2 Non-irrigation Grandfathered Rights, and Service Area Rights. ADWR staff will have paper copies available as well.
