To begin the registration process, the log on scree will help you set up your account:
Go to your OnLine Reporting Tool login page, First Time User section, as shown below.
Click on here and it will direct you to a page, enter your email address and click the Create My Account button. An email will be sent to your e-mail address containing a
system generated, temporary password that you will use.
