THE ATLAS VOLUMES ARE BEING RELEASED IN DRAFT FORMAT FOR PUBLIC COMMENT AS EACH VOLUME IS COMPLETED. ADWR IS SOLICITING COMMENT FROM THE PUBLIC AND WATER PROFESSIONALS. WHEN ALL VOLUMES ARE DRAFTED AND COMMENTS EVALUATED, THE ATLAS WILL BE FINALIZED.
