Reports are due by March 31^st for Water Used in the Prior Calendar Year.

(Annual Report filing for Community Water Systems or Designations of Adequate Water Supply

will be available in April 2012 and are due by June 1, 2012.)

2012 DUE DATES (since March 31^st falls on a Saturday)

• Hand-delivered: by 5:00 pm, Monday April 2^nd

• Mailed: postmarked by midnight Monday, April 2nd

• Filed online: by midnight Monday, April 2^nd
