Chris Udall, Executive Director of the Arizona Agri-Business Council (ABC), describes agricultural trends and water management in Arizona.  The workshop, which was held at the State of Sonora’s Water Commission (CEA) Training Center in Hermosillo, included presentations representing many of Arizona’s water users and providers.
