 Information Management

There are 3 ways to obtain information

1)  Online Services

  • Imaged records  Many documents and records are available for viewing in electronic format.  Requires a free plug-in.
  • Bookstore  Shop for Database CD-ROMs, Maps, Publications, Books, Merchandise and more.  Some items are available as free downloads.  Online we accept Visa and MasterCard only.

2)  Fax and mail orders

Print and fill out one of the following forms, then mail or fax it to us.

  • Database search.  Use this form to request a search for filings in a location using the legal description.
  • Bookstore order.  Download the Bookstore Order Form.

3)  Walk-in Service

Customers who visit the Phoenix office have a variety of choices for obtaining the information and material they need:

  • Obtain pre-printed maps kept in stock, or print customized maps.
  • Research information on wells and other water rights.
  • Pick up free publications, brochures and the ADWR Catalog

Branch offices of ADWR in Prescott, Casa Grande, Tucson, and Nogales have limited supplies of store items on hand. Staff at the branch offices have the capacity to print page-size (8 ½" x 11") maps and gladly will take orders for any material available through the Online Store.
