The Arizona Department of Water Resources (Department) announces a new procedure for providing notice of surface water applications. Beginning August 8, 2011, the Department will provide notice of surface water applications on-line on the Department's website. Click here to access. The website will also provide an option to subscribe to an Email Subscription Service that will provide email notification of any newly noticed surface water application that is located within a watershed or watersheds of interest.

Through September 8, 2011, the on-line notice of surface water applications will be offered concurrently with the Department's current Public Notice Subscription Service. Beginning September 8, 2011, the new on-line notice of surface water applications will replace the Department's current Subscription Service.
