The Arizona Department of Water Resources Conservation Program was created to provide an integrated approach to water conservation by combining regulations, assistance, outreach and education.

ADWR staff coordinates efforts to meet the vision of creating a culture of conservation through activities that achieve the mission of promoting and encouraging the wise and efficient use of water by providing assistance and resources throughout Arizona.

Conservation staff develop conservation tools and resources, assist Arizona communities and water providers, collaborate with regional and national partners, and participate in outreach activities.
