Use the links below to contact ADWR.  ADWR is open Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm MST (Arizona) and closed on state and federal holidays.

Tips for Getting Answers

Here’s how to contact the right person for a few of the more common services at ADWR:

  • Want to drill a well?  Go to the Forms section and download the correct form and instructions. 
  • Need information about a well or a water right and you can’t find it in the Fortis Power Web application? 
  • Are you having a problem with your residential water service?  Call the entity that sends you your water bill.  This agency is not a water provider.
