Imaged Records

 

The ADWR Imaged Records Database consists of:

ADWR offers imaged records which includes many documents and records available for viewing in electronic format. 

  • Well Registry (Files that begin with the prefix ‘55’)
     
  • Statement of Claimant / Adjudication Files (Files that begin with the prefix ‘39’)
     
  • Surface Water Files (Files that begin with the prefixes ‘33’, ‘36’, ‘38’, ‘3R’, ‘45’, ‘46’, ‘4A’, ‘BB’)
     
  • Groundwater Authority Files (Files that begin with the prefixes ‘56’, ‘57’, ‘58’, ‘59’, ‘60’, ‘61’, ‘62’, ‘70’, ‘71’, ‘73’, ‘74’ )

What do I need to access Imaged Records?

  • A Windows operating system. The Imaging System is not compatible with Macintosh computers.
  • Use a supported Web Browser – Microsoft Internet Explorer is supported. Netscape and Firefox are not supported.

  • JavaScript must be enabled. Click here to test.

  • If you are searching for a well registration, you must have the well registration number or the cadastral location (legal description). If you only have an address or parcel number, contact your county assessor’s office to get the legal description. Many of the counties have websites where you can do this yourself.

Other ADWR Public Records

You can search the ADWR Water Resource Data to find wells using the Well Registry Number, Owner Name Search and Location search (Cadastral, Basin, or Subbasin). The well registry database, Online Well Registry Data (Wells 55) which is a collection of all the registered wells in Arizona.
